B. OBJECTIVE 目的：
a) Assist groups whose livelihoods are affected
协助生计受影响的群体
b) Provide assistance to individuals or groups affected by the pandemic who want to start a business
提供协助给受疫情影响而想要创业的个人或群体
c) Provide assistance to groups affected by the pandemic who want to transform their businesses
提供协助给受疫情影响而想要企业转型的群体
C. EVENT METHOD 进行方式：
– Through a series of activities, including business visits, entrepreneurship, online markets, recruitment stations, education and value-added programs, assist groups who want to start a business, transform their business or add value to themselves.
通过一系列的活动，包括企业看诊、创业、网上市集、招聘站、教育与增值计划协助想要创业、企业转型或增值自身的群体。
(a) Job Hub/招聘站
Through GoCare Job Hub, people in need can find a job, at the same time, companies needed worker can have another recruitment channel, is a win-win situation.
通过爱心招聘站（GoCare Job Hub）的平台，让有需要的人可以找到一份适合自身的工作，同时让需要员工的公司可以多一个招聘的管道，创造双赢的效果。

By cooperating with the college, provide various courses for working people or university graduates for self-enhancement
通过与学院合作，提供带薪工读及各项课程给在职人士或年轻人，学习一技之长，增加自身收入或进行创业。
(c) Biz Hub/企业咨询站
Provide a platform for those who want to start a business and encourage them to take the first step in starting a business
提供一个创业平台给想要创业的群体，鼓励他们踏出创业的第一步，灌输自给自足的概念，减轻新冠疫情对各群体的收入影响。
i) Business & Branding Consultancy/企业看诊
