A) Health Screening
1. Introduction
Looking partnership collaboration with private Klink / hospital doing charity healthy screening project to benefit our community
2. Theme: Protect yourself, protect others
3. Method / Activity:
• Basic health screening test: BMI, Glucose Test, Urine Acid Test, Doctor Consultation
• Booth at Wisma MCA / Other states partnership with klinik
4. Goal: Serve 5000 people in the community
5. Event Date: April – June 2021
B) Health Kiosk
Introduction
Looking partnership collaboration with private company doing charity sale and raise fund for CRSM community caring project
Theme: Protect yourself, protect others
Confirm company join:
• Kinmedic
• Salives
• Ast Chemical Group
Method / Activity:
• Set up a Health Kiosk at Wisma MCA during some event day, example: Health Screening, event Launching etc
• All the company join will in charge to take care of their own booth, with also supplier their own staff to sell / introduce / take care of their product.
• They are advised to provide some discount price/ promotional set for tenant in Wisma MCA.
• They are advised to provide the GoCare Charity Package for public.
• 10% of the Sales will be donated to GoCare Charity fund .
Goal: RM10,000 sales donation

C）GoCare BMH Charity Virtual Run2021 – Run for Animal & Your Health
1. Introduction
A Virtual Race is a race you can run at any location, at your pace, outside or on a treadmill, alone or with a group of friends. Train and stay active, run for a good cause and get awesome medals and swag. This will help public to have awareness towards their health / work-life balance.
2. Target of Funds to be raised
RM50,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Fifty Thousand Only)
The main objective is hopes to raise funds through public, business and corporate donations and sponsorships, to fund the NGO & Animal
